Starting with the 2018 – 2019 homeschool year
FEAST is excited to be offering safe supervised study halls for students taking online classes!
Parents have several options to choose from:

FEAST Co-op Facility – Tuesdays and Thursdays during Co-op (Co-op Calendar) 8:30am – 4:45pm
Customized – Parents may select days, times, and mix locations.
Fees – $25 half day, $40 day, $65 two days, $150 per week, $350 per month
Students will need a laptop/tablet with online Wi-Fi capabilities and class requirements pre-loaded. Students will also need pencils/pens, notebooks, backpack/laptop case, and cell phone.
Students will be required to set goals and be actively engaged in accomplishing their daily work. Special times of socialization will be allowed for working together with classmates as well as working independently on their online classes as prescribed by their parents. A supervisor will be available to students attending the FEAST Supervised Online Study Hall.
Mature, disciplined students can usually work independently with ease. Less proficient students tend to run into trouble. After all, taking a class without a teacher requires high levels of self-motivation, self-regulation and organization. Even proficient students benefit from access to a supervisor to ask a quick question or for assistance should they lose internet connections.
Students working through an online based learning program are invited to reserve their spot in the FEAST Supervised Online Study Hall. Students will have the opportunity to progress at their own pace, advancing as quickly as they wish or taking the time they need to make sure they have achieved mastery of subject content. The supervisor in not a tutor but will be a friendly face should the student hit a snag. Students will be reminded to take a break each hour, lunch break and additional breaks as allowed by the parent.
