Standard Booth A piped and draped standard 10’ x 10’ booth comes with an 8’-tall backdrop of drape, 3’-tall side rails, one 8’ x 30” draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth sign. End caps of two corner booths will have one 10’ length of 8’-tall backdrop drape centered between the booths. Each company purchasing a booth will be listed in the Convention Program.
Mini -Booths are ideal for colleges or organizations that desire display space but do not have a large inventory to sell on-site. A mini booth is 10’ x 6’ with an 8’-tall backdrop of drape, 3’-tall side rails, and 6’ x 30” draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth sign.
Booth placement is at the discretion of FEAST, regardless of the date registration is received, and FEAST reserves the right to grant or deny any vendor exhibit.
Booth electricity may be ordered on your online registration form and will be $60. Last minute and on-site requests will result in an additional $30 service fee. On-site requests will be handled at the discretion of the venue.
FEAST offers a limited number of workshops to Exhibitors for a nominal charge of $75 per workshop . Our workshop schedule will consist of 45-minute workshops alternating with 45-minute breaks of non-interrupted shopping to allow attendees more time in the exhibit halls. Workshop space is limited ; priority will be given in the order payment is received. Send your workshop title and description by e-mail to email@example.com no later than April 13, 2017 . It may be sent within the body of an e-mail or as a Microsoft Word file. No other formats will be accepted. The exhibit halls will stay open during all workshop sessions. FEAST will provide a screen, table, power, and podium only. ALL other audio/visual equipment must be supplied by the exhibitor .
NOTE: IF a speaker sends FEAST a video, (no more than 30 seconds), advertising their workshops and attendance at the FEAST Convention, we will post it on our convention webpage.
Please Note: All workshops will be audio recorded, and the room assignments will be at the discretion of FEAST. Room sizes vary and may accommodate approximately 30 to 50 attendees, depending on the room assignment.
2 complimentary passes and lunches come with each booth, not to exceed 4 per vendor. Any additional representatives must purchase passes for $5 each when ordered by April 13, 2017 or $10 each on-site. Any additional individuals after the deadline will be $10 per person.
Those purchasing extra passes can also purchase lunches at $15 per person.

There will be a CASH concession stand open all day with breakfast, lunch, and snack items, for your convenience. Box lunches may be pre-ordered at a discounted rate, and instructions will be emailed. No food or drinks may be consumed in the workshop areas.
Your company name will be listed on www.homeschoolfeast.com with a link to your website. You will be added to this page after your Exhibitor Booth reservation has been confirmed, and you will remain listed for several months after the Convention.

A 75% exhibitor workshop and/or booth refund will be issued if requested in writing and received before April 13, 2017. No exhibitor workshop or booth refunds will be issued after this date. If your exhibitor booth is not fully setup before 5 pm on Thursday, June 8, 2017 , the booth is forfeited, and no refund will be issued. You will also not be allowed to present workshops.
