Workshops are first come, first seated. Some workshops will fill up, so make sure to plan ahead for the best seating. You may need to arrive more than 10 minutes early for popular workshops. All sessions are recorded and available for purchase both online and at the FEST Co-op booth during the convention.
Due to the workshop sessions being recorded, noisy, or crying babies/children must be immediately removed from any speaking sessions or from the Exhibit Hall. If a child is disruptive, the parent is expected to, and may be asked to leave the workshop/Exhibit Hall to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone during the convention.
Children and Teen Programs:
FEAST offers tailored programs for children and teens to enjoy while adults shop and attend workshops. Due to the popularity of these programs, they are expected to sell out and may not be available during on-site registration.
All children (ages 6-18), not taking part in the Children/Teen Programs must have a General Admission Ticket, which would be part of either a Family General Admission, or purchased as a Child General Admission.
Children, ages 12 and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult, (unless registered and participating in the optional programs), and parents assume all responsibility for the children and their behavior.
